Course fees and material fees: Course fees are payable before the commencement of classes for new enrolment. For existing students, course fees will be due and payable 1 week before the start of the following month. Payments can be made in the form of cash or paynow. If there are five sessions in a month, fees will be pro-rated. Course fees can be charged monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. A 1-month deposit fee will be collected for all registered subjects, which would offset students’ last month with the centre and would be strictly non-refundable. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Material / Registration fees: A one-time non-refundable of $35 covers the cost of materials used in class for instructional purposes in one academic calendar year. All registered students are required to pay the material fees.

Public holidays and school holidays: In June and December, classes will be running fully based on demand. Classes could be integrated with optional enrichment courses and/or activities planned for students. The centre will be closed on Public Holidays, Day after National Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, the first, second and third day of Chinese New Year.

Postponement or cancellation of classes: For students who are unable to attend a class, prior notice to the centre must be made 4 hours prior to the start of the class or make-up class to remain valid for the missed class. All students are allowed up to 1 make-up class with every four lessons which would still be subjected to our arrangement and availability of classes.

Sick Leave: Students who are sick are advised to rest at home and students with contagious viruses, including common flu, are not permitted to attend class. If students are found to bear any symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, skin rash or any symptoms that may signify a contagious disease, the student would be isolated and parents will be informed to pick their children up from the centre. Below applies.

Absenteeism or Termination: Course fees remain payable in full if parents intend for their child to be absent for a long period. If course fees remain unpaid for 14 days (2 weeks) beyond the stipulated payment due date, the student may be considered withdrawn, student’s vacancy and deposit can be forfeited. If parents decide to cancel student’s enrolment after fees are paid, the registration fee, course fee and one-month deposit paid will be forfeited.

Publicity: We reserve the right to use our students’ photograph, materials and/or any video recordings on the premises for publicity in any brochures, publications and medias for our promotional purposes.

Changes to classes and schedules: We reserve the right to make amendments to any fees, rules and regulations or policies, including the change of teachers as we deem fit without prior notice. Prior notice shall be given for changes made to class schedules or course commencement dates.

Non-liability Clause: Our responsibility remains as bringing educational value to our students. We will not be liable for any personal injury sustained by our students or any loss of property unless directly caused by our staff.
